India Ministry of Power - REC Headquarters

The headquarters building for India’s Ministry of Power (Rural Electrification Corporation) is a Class A office building and complex. The headquarters comprises of four main buildings interconnected by bridges and green garden terraces, creating an oasis in the middle of a busy metropolis. In the center of the complex is a state-of-the-art, 400-seat auditorium that can function as a separate entity for private and government events. Studio WDM’s lead designer William de Moraes - worked and completed this project while as Senior Associate at Chelsea West Architects, lead by Mr Vishva Priya.
