A passive house tucked away in the hills of the Catskills Mountains for a retired artist couple that was looking to enjoy the surrounding nature. The house was designed on a 4x8 module to maximize building efficiency and minimize material waste. Studio WDM’s lead designer William de Moraes - worked and completed this project while as Senior Associate at Chelsea West Architects, lead by Mr Vishva Priya.
